In order to serve you better we would like to remind you of our guidelines. Please read the following information carefully, as it will ensure clear communication in our working relationship and ensure that your event is a successful one.

Celebrations Catering & Rentals is a full service rental company. We strive to meet the needs of all our catering and rental customers.
Catering Policies and Guidelines

Advance Notice: We kindly ask that you submit your catering order at least 1 month prior to your event to ensure ample time for appropriate staffing, linen/china ordering and the highest quality of product. We do realize that special events may arise unexpectedly and we will do our best to provide you service on short notice. A 15% late booking fee will be assessed to all events ordered with less than 5 business days notice.

Payment: A 50% deposit must be received when booking your event or no later that 30 days prior to your event to reserve your event needs. The balance is due by the close of your event.

Guarantees: For all catered events, Celebrations requires a guaranteed count 5 working days prior to your event. If the final guarantee is not received, we will consider the number indicated on the latest count to be correct. The guarantee is not subject to reduction after the deadline. Your billing is based on the final count. If the number of guests is higher than the final count guaranteed, you will be charged accordingly. If any changes to your contract are made within 2 working days you will be charged a $10.00 late administrative fee.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 5 working days prior to your event date. If you cancel your event after the 5 working days deadline, you will be charged for the cost of all items and labor incurred prior to the cancellation.

Minimum Orders: When placing your order with our Catering staff, you will be given a minimum number of people that we can do this event for without a change to the cost per person. If you fall under the minimum number of guests there may be additional charges for food, service, etc… Please discuss this with our staff if you are concerned about your event being very small.

Food Safety: Food safety is a high priority for Celebrations Catering. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny removal of leftover food by the customer. Please do not remove, dispose or repackage remaining items. To ensure safety and sanitation for customers and guests, a Celebrations representative will remove all items in a timely manner. For the safety of you and your guest, foods that need to be hot or cold, will be removed after a limit of two hours or as determined by the catering staff.
Rentals Policies and Guidelines

All rentals are for one day use.

A 50% deposit at time of order to secure all rentals.

The balance of the payment is due on the day of delivery and an additional 50% damage deposit is required at this time. Acceptable methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash and Missouri checks with a valid driver’s license.

There will be no return on deposits for orders cancelled within 30 days of the event.

All rental rates are based on a first floor delivery and pick up during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged. For deliverys other than ground floor or after normal hours call for additional costs.

No credit will be given for unused items once delivered.

Upon delivery a responsible party must be there to confirm items and counts being delivered and to sign rental contract. No items may be left without a signed rental contract.

All rental equipment must be broken down and stacked for pickup. For health purposes, all china, glassware, flatware and other food service equipment must be returned clean and free of all food related particles otherwise rental is subject to 50% of cost for a cleaning fee.

Replacement or repair charges will be assessed on any equipment lost or damaged by the customer. Please count and check your order when it is received. If you are not able to do so, the contract will be considered accurate and valid.

Linens returned unused will not be credited.

Linens which have stains or damage that cannot be cleaned or repaired will be sold to the customer at replacement cost and will become the property of the customer.

Someone must be available at time of delivery and pick up to verify all rental equipment.
